Shipping Policy

Same-day Australian dispatch. Tracked delivery. Australian stock only.

1. Dispatch from Australian stock

All orders are dispatched from Australian stock. We do not import on a per-order basis. Dispatch is same-day for orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day. Orders placed after 2pm AEST, on weekends, or on Australian public holidays are dispatched the following business day.

2. Shipping methods and times

We ship via tracked services from established Australian carriers. • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days, $9.95 (free on orders $300 or above) • Express shipping: 2–3 business days, $14.95 (discounted to $9.95 on orders $300 or above) Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and exclude the dispatch day. Remote and regional postcodes may take longer.

3. Tracking

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Tracking details are provided by email at the point of dispatch. The tracking link will direct you to the relevant carrier's portal where you can view scan events and estimated delivery. If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

4. Packaging

Compounds are shipped in sealed, labelled vials with appropriate protective packaging to maintain stability during transit. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of domestic Australian shipping. Packaging is plain and discreet — there are no external markings identifying the contents or the supplier.

5. Shipping destinations

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not ship internationally and we cannot accept orders with overseas billing or shipping addresses. We ship to all Australian states and territories, including PO boxes and parcel lockers where the carrier supports them.

6. Failed delivery and re-delivery

If a delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier will leave a card and may either return the parcel to the nearest depot for collection or attempt redelivery. Re-delivery and collection arrangements are managed directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided. We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. We will assist with carrier investigations on request.

7. Lost or delayed orders

If tracking indicates your order has not been delivered within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost in transit, we will arrange a reshipment in accordance with our Returns and Reshipment Policy.

8. Damaged consignments

If your consignment arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and contents, plus your order number. Damaged consignments are eligible for reshipment under our Returns and Reshipment Policy.

9. Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. We dispatch to the address as provided. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-dispatch postage.
